Khadim Rizvi needs a shrink

At the back of last Faizabad sit-in, TLP fought elections and lost badly. May be it needed another morale booster and political kick for its dying existence. Yet, a weak political model will always remain a failure. 

Khadim Rizvi's physical disability might not be possible to address but his mental state is pitiable. He needs a shrink like 99.99% women of this country. Thanks to MQM, Noon and media, people of all spheres have learnt to build a narrative. Why you kill people? You ask us because we are Urdu speaking. Why you loot? We made motorways. Establishment paid you to ask this. Why you spread disinformation? Agencies have usurped our freedom of speech. This TLP cartoon has hit the weak spot of this nation i.e. selling his merchandise using Aqa Alaihe Salato Wassalam's name. Allah has vowed things like ورفعنا لك ذكرك & انا شانئك هو الابتر. It doesn't mean we sit back and wait for those vows to come true. We all must play our roles. Raise our voices if we find govt incumbent short of the mark. But disrupting lives of Muslim Kalma-go population and destroying peace of a community wouldn't achieve that either. With pandemic knocking at the door and economy reeling, last thing we needed was this delayed display of love for Aqa AS. But narratives these days are so strong that even those with TLP orientation would be shaking their heads on these lines. I wish someday these religious cum political affiliations turn into Islamic only. 

Mullah achieved his political objectives and vanished in no time. So much for the love of Aqa AS wrapped in dodgy politics. 

Biases aside, Khadim Rizvi left the arena in 40 hrs, whereas, in 2017 it took 40 days. Interior Ministry was flapping & Army intervened on govt's request which was used by dajjali media as part of the narrative. Incompetent Interior Minister of the time went to Islamabad High Court, whereas, handling it was a matter of couple of tough executive decisions.

Current crippled storm in the teas cup has been handled brilliantly. Keeping media out of the whole proceedings was again masterly stroke. 

Well done GoP. Well done Interior Ministry. Like GB elections sincerely hope that one day this govt gets well done on economy as well.

PDM & PM

It is heartening to see Ardogan leading Muslim Ummah. Name of our PM also resonates as credible Muslim leader. His religious understanding is current and relevant. His politics is below par due to poor team selection. Inexperience is taxing. Needless to say that things are good with the Army. Those out of favor from the Army are hopelessly disgruntled. Still, PM didn't have to brag about one page thing. It helped build the narrative. IK was to make big impact but due to his flawed decision making particularly under pressure that impact  might have to wait till his next term in office. Yes, today it seems I shall get ready to receive torrents of PDM supporters' logic sans logic. 

Lack of iron hand against Kiayani, Tareen & Khusro is a political compromise. And compromises have price. Now this may invite PTI supporters' stereotype rutty rattai past governments' charge sheet. But no real solution to regulate economy more so, inflation. Letting Nawaz Sharif go was a blunder. Nawaz Sharif has created some stir. But his narrative lacks end state in view. His adopted strategy is heading for collision sooner or later. Damage will be determined by intensity of the collision. For inability to mobilize masses, NS mustered support of street power lord, Maulana Fazl ur Rehman. By rescheduling first Jalsa of PDM to Gujranwala he out- maneuvered PPP and Maulana. On first given opportunity he made that controversial speech and willy-nilly his allies had to stand by his narrative. He also became de facto leader of the pack. Ironically, the pack is full of opportunists like him. Longevity of this alliance is conditional to respective interests. Clash of interest could mean end of Jeb Kutra union. PM used this term of Jeb Kutras today and it was totally irresistible not to  repeat it here. PPP is already dragging its feet because the bayania is going to cost it Sindh Raaj. In case opposition resigns, there could be no elections. Simple by elections can spoil this option and a risky gamble, PPP can't afford. If elections take place, Nawaz Sharif's current revolutionary bayania will cost him and his PDM mates. Pro Pakistanis can't approve this petty political circus. One heavy hearted acknowledgement that by virtue of his craftiness, Nawaz Sharif's ambush speech baffled govt and its average spokespersons. Below the belt pelting of Fiaz ul Hassan Chohan and likes will not affect current position of advantage of NS bayania. Govt has to stop fluttering in the face of an unforeseen political challenge.

 

Political experience in office will do wonders to PM's ability to handle domestic politics. Right now mian monster is basking on western twisted freedom in UK. UK is supportive of any thing anti-Islam (Rushdi), division & distortion of Islam (Ahmadis' staunch support) and lastly, Anti Pakistan segment. Absconders of native laws are prized taxpayers to UK govt. They don't even need to ask trail of this taxable wealth. Whether stolen, laundered or kickbacks, its money which contributes to their economy. UK like other 'well-wishers' abhors idea of stable Pakistan wherein, Political and Military leadership is in sync. So no surprise that destination of Paddington is London. 

Final word, solution of current political circus is implementation of the writ of the state. Instead of subordinate institution tackling things through ISPR and other tentacles, state has to take lead. PM has to show his leadership mettle. In case, he needs a reminder, 'Sir, international image is good just need to bring house in order. You are The Chief Executive of Pakistan.' Take no prisoners when it comes to security of Pakistan. By the way, Pakistan is way too blessed not to withstand this internal turbulence. Its people are its center of gravity in total contrast to common misperception that its General Headquarters. Narratives do have impact. Nawaz Sharif in his  desperation of bleak political future has the propensity to stoop to the bottom of lowest level.Nawaz Sharif and his gang of ten have already crossed lines. This menace should stop. 

Reasons of surge in anti army narrative

Desperate and consequential speech by Nawaz Sharif at APC and forceful counter by Army, revealing Nawaz League's attaché Zubair Umer's reaching out to COAS exposed the ugly face noon. As if late night party organization by Talal was not enough. For the past decade and two years, Army has been patient and has been dragging its feet from direct involvement in political affairs. And probably this stance is known to thug politicians and they aim to exploit it by using exactly the opposite narrative based on past mistakes. Blatant mistakes have been grabbing power, protracted Army rules and direct involvement in politics like establishment of IJI etc. 

So what's exactly happening? Nawaz Sharif always hated Army. Maulana always remained power hungry. Why this vigorous campaign at this point in time? Why (unsuccessfully) oppose FATF & GB issues? 

Reaaon is simple. We are on one page. Pakistan is getting stable. Pakistan is not fighting others' wars anymore. Its fighting its own battles like drive against cancerous corruption and economic growth. Indicators are positive. Pakistan has proved its mettle in the region. Lets look around, who would be unhappy with this kind of progress. India, Israel, US, UK etc. Together we may call them international establishment. 

Is any other professional army in the entire world being singled out like the way Pakistan Army is at the moment? Literally, professional to the core. Not in slogans, not in publicity, in actual a competitive and competent force on God's earth. Only Army to have quashed terrorism on its soil.

But the problem is that IK & Bajwa are not budging. Whereas, international establishment would like to replace them with old tested stooges. However, despite pushing buttons of PPP through Cynthia Richie like implants, PPP remained content with current term looting of Sindh. Next is Nawaz Sharif. He seems willing. Adroitly, he published his pictures doing different acceptable things and jumped the bandwagon. Another, tool is Maulana. Both are desperate. Both are heading towards the bitter end. Because, they could survive any shenanigans but anti Pakistan narrative shielded in anti army narrative. It didn't work for Altaf Hussain. It won't work for them. This in itself is good news that we may eventually get rid of Zia regime's last and biggest blunder.

Maulana & Nawaz are desperate to muddle. They have been discredited already. They have nothing to lose. At the same time, they have received a nod from outside. Government has to act really fast and act now. It should not allow them too much freedom of action to thwart Pakistan's current progression graph. And for people, please don't trust media, it's a sold out.

APC Ambush speech of desperation

'Altaf Hussain's ambush speech' at APC surprised all Pakistani participants, fixed laat nail in Mr Sheen's 'premier' hopes and rejoiced Modi's India. Even hosts are regretting.
Was he Altaf or someone who sounded like him? 🤔🤔🤔
Irrespective of his identity, he was extremely desperate. He is stuck in the past. He targeted Army of today for Army of the past. Woe to those military men who catapulted him to political arena. Infact Altaf Hussaim and his desperate clone are both product of same era. Military masterminds should first accept mistakes of usurping power and then hanging on it for protracted time. Secongly, sowing these two cancerous seeds in political field. Both are heading for the same ending. Bhai is slightly ahead. Desperation of his sound alike will further expose his ugly shrek face in coming times.
Good news is that its end of the road for his pooh politics.
UK walks, controlled photo-ops, anxiety fits, venom against Pakistan and unhappy ending of an absconder seems to be his fate. Pretty much is the fate of anti Pakistan elements.

Azadi vuvuzela and hope

 Yesterday, at the stroke of midnight, I was woken up by stressful noise coming from the neighborhood. As it happens after half an hour's sleep, I was disoriented and bewildered trying to figure out the cause of that coarse sound coupled with gunfire crackles. May be terrorist attack. May be a fight between armed groups. May be an ongoing robbery. However, orientation took effect, firing sounded more like fireworks which gave the impression of a marriage celebrations but soon it changed when it dawned upon me that these were Independence Celebrations. And that stressful sound emanated from Azadi Vuvuzela. And next two hours of uninterrupted freedom celebration sounds unleashed a train of thoughts. Am I running out of steam? Or am I just being grumpy for sleep disturbance? Where is my patriotism? Or is this the only form of patriotic expression we are left with? Are we really free to celebrate anything at all?

Deep scars of Colonial subjugation translated into rule of Desi Gora Sahab. We kept writing our history and we kept deleting it. Ayub's dictatorship was celebrated. It followed  romanticism with his nemesis and prodigy Bhutto. Then a sea change. Butto's nemises Zia attracted our attention through his version of Islam. For better or for worse, it changed Pakistan. Patron (Zia) gave way to prodigy (NS). Democracy set in which turned out to be the best revenge. Instead of economic reformation like China we became a consumer market without means. Our answer to high tide of globalized materialism was corrupt practices which trickled from top to bottom. Then we gave democracy a break and switched to hybrid democratic dictatorial rule of Musharraf. In his tenure, middleclass got bank loans, hence, cars increased and road space decreased. Then the 'leadership' returned and democratic forces took reins. Its thirteenth consecutive year of successive democratic forces in power. Establishment decreased its direct involvement and politicians introduced a new form of bribe i.e extension. Resultantly, we are reeling on economic front. On diplomatic front, aligning with Ale Saud and US means indirectly supporting Israel and playing right into the hands of final world order. Governance is plagued by corruption of 90s. Nothing much to say on judiaciary and its hooligan wing of Wokala (وکلاء) because the matter is sub-judicious i.e judges are listening and advocates are speaking. They have spoken on numerous occasions by now and proved their mettle. Thanks to Zia's version of Islam, big chunk of society (particularly rural) is hostage to Mullah whereas remaining small chunk is totally confused by extremist liberals, anti-Pakistan narrative and growing fashion of atheism. At the turn of millennial, we adopted another cancerous trend i.e. evil nexus of politics and media. Agenda of politicians is sold by prime time media anchors like Hamids, Malicks, Kamran Shahids etc who party late night with each other and laugh at the sorry state of this nation. Brain drain is costing us. Iqbal and MA Jinnah were brains but they returned to subcontinent and paid back their due to the nation. Brains of free Pakistan are just keyboard warriors because western lifestyle is more addictive than they initially thought. 

Hence, our standard of celebrating independence is fireworks modernized by sweet sound of azadi vuvuzela and not to mention silencerless bikes of Pindi Boys. Happy 73rd Indepence Day sans Indepence hoping to have one soon Insha Allah. Hope is our only hope.

Our Al Kahaf today is Al Quran

Juma Mubarak. Al Kahf time. 

Whichever out of two you are celebrating today: Hajj Maubarak & Eid Mubarak. 22 years ago Margret Jones, an old British lady sarcastically took a jibe on different moons and eids among Muslims. It seems that her next generation would be smirking on the same issue on some other foreign Muslim (synonymous with terrorist lately) bloke like me. In short, divided eid day celebrations' saga continues to date. Yet, magnitude of this difference is much smaller against unanimity on One God, One Book & One Prophet PBUH. 

Those young men of the cave known in Christian traditions as Seven Sleepers were from respectable social status almost equal to middle class of today's 'classification' of people. Finding out their faith in oneness of God, they were summoned to the court of King Decius (25 CE). They were given choice to denounce their faith or face the music. For them denouncing their faith equalled to giving up everything they had. They opted to take 'refuge' in a cave. Allah swt loved their act of unwavering sincere faith so much that he made them eternal. Every Juma including this Juma, billions including us celebrate their remembrance without actually knowing their names or numbers. So life is not about names or numbers, rather sincerity of intent and action. 

Is our faith under as serious an attack as Men of Cave? Yes, it is and it may get even worse with appearance o Dajjal. So what to do? Which cave should we seek protection in? Apparently, things have changed. Human knowledge, life style and intellectual capacity have attained newer and higher levels. Secondly, those young men didn't have the guidance of Al Quran at their disposal. We have this luxury but take nothing away from those celebrated heroes whose mention Allah swt made sure in his Command Communique (first five Rukuhs of Al Kahf, Surah 18).

Came to this one important conclusion after wondering for years on Al Kahf that 'the cave', 'the protection', and Al Kahf of today is Al Quran itself. Due to evolutionary progression, we are not going to caves for refuge rather the cave (Al Quran) is in our households. It is not an automatic open sesame. We have to show some real good intent to open its door. Once opened, sky is the limit. 

One minor but relevant conclusion from this story is that real test in life is also of middle classish people. The high end are free to run till The Day. The lowest end are the test. The middle ones are being actually tested.

Have a wonderful Eid. While running the knife across the neck of your ram, do recall the epic story of obedience and submission of Ibrahim & Ismail AS, whose sunnah we celebrate today or tomorrow Insha Allah.

Thoughts that led to the blog 'Thoughts'

Sensitive People are the artists within. Sensitivity takes them above the level of Sense Perception. This triggers a mental intercourse with the Muse. Muse is not a deity, neither could you see it. It is just a vessel dedicated for the carriage of thought from the Divine Source to human mind. Sensitive people or the Artists, should we say, then, express these Thoughts in different ways. The translation of Thought comes to fore in writing (poetry/ prose), speech, painting, invention or any other Act of differentiation.

 We all are sensitive. We all are artists. We all have our own signature expression. The difference is just the degree of sensitivity among our kind. The greater the sensitivity, the greater the Thought and even greater the expression of thought.

Sensitivity has all to do with the Connection. We take so much pain getting a good tariff / package, so that quality of signals, speed of GPRS and voice quality is up to the mark. To establish a good connection, some pain has to be taken and some price has to be paid. Because the quality of thought defines a person, and good quality clear thoughts will only come when the Connection is Good. 

Ostensibly routine and mundane things carry a much deeper signature of expression, which in its purity is matchless. For example, expression of a mother’s love for her child, a father’s concern for provision of his progeny, fearless expression of a child’s imagination, a teacher’s toil to the bring the best out of a student, genuine respect in a student’s heart for his teacher, a doctor’s professionalism and compassion to save life, a soldier’s dedication to his mission may it cost him his life and so on.

Subtle Sensitivity breeds sublime expression. Here, the quality of thought is directly proportional to the “connect” that soul has been able to establish with the Divine Source. For example, the philosophy of Rumi, Bullay Shah’s ‘sachian tay khariyan gallan’, poetry of Iqbal, prose of Wasif Ali Wasif and so on.

The signature expression of thought from mundane to sublime is all Divine. Sensitivity, thought and the art form we adopt to express these thoughts are not the attributes we acquire, rather these are Gifted to us from Someone who has all the knowledge, all the wisdom and all the power.

Imran Khan - An exemplary anchor

Imran Khan (Anchor & Youtuber) is the 

only anchor who is blessed with clean and clear mind. His strength is logical analysis, bold approach and truthful reporting. Hardly ever heard regular nonsense from this anchor person which routinely comes out of 'famous' anchors' mouths. He doesn't budge to polical bullies called spokespersons. He seems God fearing and pro Pakistan. It is very easy to tag such people anything but to scribe's humble assessment, he stands out as a lion in the pack of media hyenas. None of the reporter or analyst type nautankis have the guts to carryout probing investigative journalism in this country. Their work is either tipped off by opponents of reported upon party or for blackmailing purposes to trade for their own shenanigans. Our electronic media is littered with mafia anchors, analysts and reporters. Media Mandi is pretty much like any other Mandi in the country e.g. Sabzi Mandi, Machhli Mandi, Heera Mandi etc. Show the currency notes and get the job done. Buyers in Media Mandi are politicians and affluent thugs. Kudos to Imran Khan (Anchor) who is standing up to these Pharoahs. He has taken a very difficult route. May God help him. Ameen

Normally, anchors get noticed through honest, passionate and unbiased reporting. But after raising the stakes, they apply mid-course correction. Imran may may end up like Talat Hussain or Shahzeb Khanzada who did excellent reporting in early years of their career but then  apparently cut a deal with the devil. Or his journalistic journey may come to a crashing halt. For this scenario, already prayed for his safe journey through this tumultuous path.

Have a question for those shedding crocodile tears for Mati Ullah Jan type blots on the name of journalistic integrity, why honest jounalists like Imran are not taken away by namaloom afrad? But its a waste of question to a badly manipulated and fixated mindset. Media is the greatest deception of our time. Just beware.

Al Waqiah (The Inevitable) by Hamza Bin Asad (Age 11)

Surah Al Waqiah is the 56^th Surah of the Quran and it consists of 96 verses. In the first six verses, Allah swt describes the Day of Judgement. After describing, the Day of Judgement, Allah swt says that there will be three kinds of people; the companions of the Right, the companions of the Left and the forerunners. He mentions that the forerunners will be brought closer to Him in highest heaven. There will be more righteous people in the past than in the later stages of the world. Then it is mentioned that forerunners would enjoy their stay in heaven. People will return to their prime ages. The forerunners will have drinks tastier than wine and their drinks will not intoxicate them. They could eat whatever fruits they desired. They could eat any kind and part of the fowl they wish to have. Then there is mention of women in heaven. There will be fair women like pearls. As a reward for what they used to do, they will not hear any bad words or see bad things. They will only have peace.

In next few Ayahs, Allah swt describes how companion of the Right will live in their section of heaven. They will live among  lote trees without thorns. There will be trees full of fruits and there shades will be extended. Also there will be water pouring out. Fruits and water will be unlimited and they could eat and drink as they like. They will have their beds raised. The women found in this section of heaven will be devoted to their husbands.  They will be of equal ages for the companions of the right. It is worth mentioning that these women will be resurrected in newer and better form.

Immediately after this, there is description of companions of the Left. They will live in fire. They will have boiling water to drink which they will drink like thirsty camels. They will be surrounded by the black smoke. They will be eating from the tree of Zaqqum.

 This passage is followed by direct address to the Prophet PBUH:

“O, Muhammad, indeed the former and later people, are to be gathered together for the appointment for a known day”. [56:49-50]

Above ayahs are followed by a volley of questions like, ‘We have created you so why do you not believe’.  [56:57] After mentioning His greatness, Allah swt says that He created everything, so why are we in denial? Allah swt reminds us to remember Him always. Then He swt swears by the setting of the stars and affirms that the Quran is well protected in Register (Loh e Mahfooz). None can benefit from it except the purified people of soft hearts. Quran is the order of the Lord who is the Creator of the worlds.

Next few verses discuss the time death when the soul reaches the throat. The angel of death at this point in time is closer to the dying person than the people near him. But they can’t see him or do anything about it. However, if the deceased was on the right path, he will go in heaven and the angels will greet him by saying, ‘peace be upon you’. If he will be on the wrong side, he will be drinking boiling hot water and will live in hellfire. Surah ends by verses that this is the truth, so take the name of your Lord, The Greatest.

The lessons for the kids of my generation are that the worldly things have no meaning. Try to do the stuff that will help you in afterlife so you may avoid ending up on the Left side. We should not just recite the Quran but also understand it because it teaches the right way of life that will save us in next life.

Surah Al Kahf - Ayah 1

Assalam o Alaikum. Shab-Juma Mubarak. 

When we are talking and other person is not paying attention let alone heed, it is annoying. We can't stand being ignored. But what is our locus standi in front of Al Mighty Allah, The King of The Worlds? How bad is it that he sent down an open letter and wished to communicate with us and we missed the point. Through Quran, He (swt) is talking to us and we are not listening. How magnanimous (never felt a word fitting so well as magnanimous for Allah swt) is He? We continue to ignore His message and knowingly or unknowingly continue to disobey Him and He continues to give us everything. I don't know what else one should ask for after being honored with life. Having been chosen to come and enjoy the privilege of being the best of the creation. Having this head start of being puffed Rooh from the Rooh of Allah. Having freewill to decide and Aqal(dormant consciousness) to guide and Tauba to return. All these blessings for free. No cost whatsoever. Just have to restrain from less than ten things and rest of the whole world, entire universe is laid out for us to enjoy. What a package? Only a magnanimous King can design such package. Above everything, His love for us. His desire for us to avoid being Zalameen and enjoy His blessings in this life and unending afterlife. However, He wishes us to earn the bounties of the world ahead, so that we thank him for His mercy and He goes on to tell us, 'No no, you earned it'. What a love story, where mercy takes the central theme, however, anger for deterrence and justice to maintain a fine balance can also be seen. 

Let's take advantage of your attention on this Mubarak day of Juma today and talk about first ayah of Al Kahf. 

It starts with word Alhamdolillah which means all praise is to Allah and second meaning is in terms of gratitude. Gratitude and praise for sending down His word. So that we could understand purpose of life (where we came from, what is our relation with our surroundings and where are we headed?) and get connected to the Source i.e. Allah, His Book and His Messenger PBUH. He told us things about unseen on need to know basis to make it easy for us. Those who wish to know more, may try their luck because if approved, they can go beyond realms of physics. Why word Abd or Servant is used for the Prophet PBUH because in subsequent ayahs, Allah swt conveys His anger over how some have taken His beloved Prophet Isa Ibn Maryam  AS (Jesus Christ) as His son. How could human intellect fail to distinguish between finite and The Infinite, the creation and The Creator? And in final part of the same ayah, Allah swt makes a claim full of conviction about His Book that there is no deviance in it. It is also a challenge posed to thinking human mind of today to question, challenge and explore. Good thing about Quran is that it satisfies the quest for the Truth. And for those who don't accept the Truth despite knowing it well shall continue to raise petty lame objections and instead of finding deviance in Quran, they might go totally astray. May ALLAH keep us among those whom he favored. Ameen

Only ALLAH knows the whole truth. 

Corona quarantine announcement

Tuesday, I visited my sibling and on Thursday, all five members of her family have been found Corona positive. So as a precaution, I with my family (parents, spouse & kids) have decided to oberve home quarantine for two weeks. Today is day 3, there are no symptoms & everyone is fine, Alhamdolillah. We are observing all necessary precautions regarding immunity building etc.

Purpose of sharing this information is that some known people in family and acquaintances have already passed away which should be enough to emphasize that please take this pandemic seriously.

Best way to avoid complications is to reduce exposures of this virus. 

May keep Allah keep everyone safe. Ameen

How decedent have we become?

Settling family issues behind quietly was not a weakness but strength. And if things didn't work out parting ways in dignified ways has been in practice but then the whole value system for one gender got rewritten. Meddling with laws of nature has a price. 

Recent episode of daughters of this nation at Defece Lahore displaying their house scaling skills, linguistic prowess and command & control over a platoon of guards while carefully filming reflects our false ego driven madness at its best. Whereas, receiving end daughters of nation are just playing usual emotional card. Women emancipation and meri marzi has reached new heights today. Reaction of different segments of society also deserve a mention to actually find out how decedent we have become. 

For intruders, there are conditions of implicating someone with requisite evidence but they had the luxury of showing their power and venting their anger and settling their issue mafia style. Otherwise, this much wealth, power and connections should be put to test for a change.

For daddy, 'image' is important for business, so quicker the deal, the lesser the damage. 

For affected, there are ways to carry ourselves with dignity which to them may not matter much. No values mean public humiliation should be a routine affair. 

For spectators, little better than watching tiktok for a day or so.

For Vloggers particularly Youtubers, really a profitable day because the whole nation seems eager to watch live action and hear their spicy comments.

For keyboard warriors, another day another topic. No thoughtful input. Just keystrokes. 

For liberals, who couldn't benefit so far from tycoon's empire, its time to raise stakes and side with the 'poor girls'.

For Politicians-Media Nexus- Lots of financial stakes, hence, hush-hush time.They had been paid well in past. 

For Govt, registering FIR and completing token formalities is the only course of action.

For Agriculture department, mentioning of its name during assault will be a non issue.

For religious bigots, behaya girls deserved it.

In the end, a silent 'deal' between the parties.

Quite decedent.

'Col ki Biwi' - Part Two

90s were like roller coster. Army had successfully ventured proxies in Afghanistan and Kashmir. Money was abundant. Nuclear program further matured. Army became bossier. When USSR left, Jehadis became jobless and Talibanisation was a natural consequence. Information revolution reached next level via World Wide Web. Materialism touched new heights. Farse of globalization surfaced. At ours, institutional decay worsened. Tussle between over zealous Army & thug politicians grew. Army's high handedness grew while Pajero policians brimming with false egos went on corruption rampage. Both were wrong. End state of Pakistan is the evidence to that. Mullahism preached divisiveness and sectarian hatred was the bestseller. Minority western liberals lived on their own cloud no 69. Polarization and confusion galore. Along came Pakistan's First dictatorial emancipation era. Amazing how rich is our history with oxymorons.

So we enter new Millennial undecided on form of govt and life in general. GWOT made us frontline state. Army rule was more acceptable for its efficient execution in Afghanistan. We complied like paid mercenaries, except that there was no payment. Gung-ho guerilla added to the macho image of military at home and abroad. Another feather in his cap was letting loose the monster of media in Pakistan. Thus forming natural alliance of politician and media. Media Seths (سیٹھ) and anchors needed money and connections whereas politicians needed coverage and cover. Judiciary continued to make a name for itself. For his double crossing US, redundant dictator was sent packing. For a change, this one left the arena on his feet unlike his predecessors who were carried in caskets.

And we enter second decade of new millennial. It can be called millennial of Pakistan style change i.e. moving one step ahead and two backwards. Raheel Sharif was one step ahead and Kiani-Bajwa extensions were two steps backwards. Military take over free decade is in itself a luxury. Backdoor 'cordial' relationships between politicians and military are like those old habits which die hard. Two assemblies completed terms. Third political force emerged or some would disagree but that's just ok. Change party lacked political maturity. This party wasn't nurtured by a dictator but political waste of past became chink in its armor. Yet allowing past political goons space in party remains a leadership lapse. Executive only worked for its patrons. Legislature never worked at all.  Judiciary continued to grow in stature for all the wrong reasons. New 'force' of advocates made a dabbang entry. Social media became a force to reckon with. Awareness exposed mullah. Non divisive neutral voices like Maulana Ishaq, Engineer Muhammad Ali etc could be heard. Niether killed so far nor wajib ul qatal fatawa served to them. Media polorization came as blessing. Deceptive nexus of politicians and media also got exposed. 

Along came Corona and it seems to be here to stay for a while. 

Next up is how our colorful history affected  society which continues to produce gems like 'Col ki Biwi'

'Col ki Biwi' - Part One

Firstly, Eid Mubarak. May Allah accept your siam, sadaqat, salah, Quranic reading & listening and all your good deeds of this Ramadan. Ameen

Wanted to write about 'Col ki Biwi' from the day of incident yet refrained from giving early conclusions because social media was flooded with differing opinions on the topic. Social media is like unbridled German Autobahn, no real limits. And that is the basis of most social media related problems including this issue at hand. It is not important anymore that opinion should be correctly caliberated, well weighed and responsibly articulated. Hence, everyone is jumping the gun in judgement and trigger happy in shooting the opponents down. Yes, in short, we have gone cukoo in manners, cocky in demeanor, irrational in argumentation and opinionated bigots in stances. Result is ultimate confusion. Just like our religious divisions, societal stratum, financial disparity and social injustices, we are becoming specimen mob of  divided unity and chaotic harmony. The opinion on the matter shall be free of 'narratives' on 'external' forces, internal 'discord' and 'hegemonic' designs of institutions and anti-institution forces. Analysis should be pro-Pakistan and realistic with unambiguous clarity for future course of action. For once and for all, not our political biases nor our 'long and short term interests determine our approach rather Pakistan's well being. A unique country whose basis is' there is no god but Allah'.

We live in times of fitn. Where if needed black turns white and vice versa. If we could avert this methodic onslaught of confusion, we may succeed. And 'Col ki Biwi' gave me a lot of food for thought.

It turns out that problem is psychological more than any other associated issues. Army lovers, army haters, army silent supporters are all fixated in their opinions. What else could you expect from a nation deeply mired in fifty shades of extremism: worst are religious and liberal extremes. There seems to be long list of contributory factors to this chaotic situation including our history, social milieu, military life, wrongs of military culture, external and internal narratives. Apparently, a medium book size stuff but will try to condense it. And if one person is able to benefit (de-confuse particularly new generation who have life ahead of them) from this, it would serve the purpose of my years of freelance writing dedicated to well being of my people. Disagreeing is everyone's right, yet 'manner maketh the man'. 

I wanted to start from the military but chronologically our history comes first. We were betrayed internally, weakened externally, marginalised & eventually enslaved for a century. British snobbish sahab was the iconic figure. Influential and affluent category idealized Gora Sahab and acted like centrifugal force. While clergy was like centripetal force. Two minorities eventually formed into two extremes religious and liberal. Majority kept silent. Remained observant and at times tilted to one side or the other on issue to issue basis. 

Nontheless, slavery left deep psychological scars. Transitory 50s saw conspiracies in power corridors which opened the way for military rule. Military organized on Brritish lines had the same haughtiness of gora sahab. For their education, exposure and self proclaimed value system, military of 60s remained firm on its patriotic claims and ruled over the country for no real justification. A crop of opportunist politicians was also being nurtured by illegitimate military rule. Early, 70s saw dismemberment of the country owing to civil-military mismanagement. Politicians who earn living by word play found a great excuse in blaming military for their failings and inability to deliver. Judiciary also stepped in and made a 'name' for itself. Military, instead of distancing from politics, kept coming back in power for its same old 'lame excuse' of patriotism and 80s remained the darkest. Clergy suddenly felt relevant and was used to the best of its effect i.e. opinion making among vacillating masses. Out of no where 'modernity' of past was replaced by 'ortho-modernity' of Zia era which ended with more confusion. 

Along came 90s with another set of politicians. Army bossy, unnecessarily meddling, unduly political and nonsensical at times. It provided incompetent and corrupt politicians catch words like 'establishment' to sell their merchandise. Because delivering was difficult and blaming was easy. Nonetheless, Army was to be blamed for not watching its limits but would it accept it? Its not part of military trainig regime to be apologetic. Rather, go on counter offensive, counter narrative, counter everything. Its a psychological problem not an issue of intent. 

90s will continue followed by two decades of new millennial and then other factors for bringing forth the reasons for behavior of 'Col ki Biwi'...

However, you need control over judiciary, executive and legislature. Maintain effective inventory of assassins. Make opponents offers they can't refuse. Never bring non-mafia people  in power,.

Oops, all was going well but somehow, somewhere, someone overlooked last stated fundamental rule of Mafia Grukul by bringing in Imran Khan to power. Cartel may disown JKT for this lapse. 

Sugar Cartel Pakistan violated one of the fundamental rules of mafia bible. However, nothing will happen, its a small setback, The Cartel will bounce back with stronger SOPs and better procedures. Evidence to this conclusion is that despite death of Pablo three decades ago, the white stuff is still available everywhere including all cities of Pakistan. SCP is also here to stay.

Al Kahf lessons from four stories

Past few weeks old blog entries have been shared on Surah Al Kahf. Allah has given an opportunity in quarantine to write a fresh one as well. Before that it is pertinent to give reason for writing blog instead of Vlog. First thing Allah made was means of writing i.e. Pen. First word Allah swt communicated through Prophet PBUH to us was 'Read'. Experience suggests that reading has much better retention and positive impact than watching. So thankful to those who regularly suggested producing Vlog, however, writing shall remain preferred mode of communication, no matter how less people read and how less trendy it may look.

Like so many other rituals, every Friday recitation of Surah Al Kahf has been prescribed. Have you ever wondered why? Is this just another ritual like visiting graves on Thursdays etc? Or, has this Surah any relevance with our times? What's the benefit of reciting it weekly?

Lets find out:

First of all, some guidance from Ahadith:

Messenger of Allah (PBUH) mentioned many times that Friday is the preferred day of its recitation and the one who read and memorized verses of Surah Al Kahf would be protected from the trials of Dajjal!

So its not just a ritual rather our own protection. A practice that only requires you and the Book. So most religious 'contractors' wouldn't mention it because projecting this will strengthen your one-on-one relation with Allah making them irrelevant and 'penniless'. 

This is the most relevant Surah to our times: 

Did you notice mention of Dajjal? Dajjal means the deceiver. 

So what is the likely time of his arrival? Near the end of times. 

Are we close to the end of times? Yes, pretty much. 

What is the first step to deception? False information. 

How does that work? By confusing lies with truth. 

Do we not live in times of ultimate confusion? Hell yes.

 

'What is the relation between SURAH AL KAHF and DAJJAL??

Dajjal will appear before the day of judgement with 4 trials:

🔘 He will ask people to worship him and not Allah: Trial of faith!

🔘 He will be given powers to start/stop rain and tempt people with his wealth: Trial of wealth!

🔘 He will tempt people with "knowledge” and news he gives them: Trial of knowledge!

🔘 He will control huge parts of the Earth: Trial of power!

So what is in this Surah that gives us protection against Dajjal? Yes, you guessed it, 4 different but INTERESTING stories, each with lessons to withstand 4 trials of DAJJAL!

🔘"The people of the cave"

It’s the story of young men who lived in a disbelieving town, so they decided to migrate for the sake of Allah and took refuge in a cave. Allah rewarded them with mercy in the cave and protection from the elements of nature.

The lesson of this story - conduct under 'Trial of Faith'

Do we not live in disbelieving towns or in believing towns who follow all the rituals except truly disbelieving? Do we not need Allah's refuge to protect our IMAAN? Does the first Trial of Dajjal not look in full swing? So read and understand this story to protect basic pillar of IMAAN i.e. TAUHEED which is seriously under attack.  

🔘 "The owner of two gardens."

A story of a man whom Allah blessed with two beautiful gardens, but the man forgot to thank the One who blessed him with everything and he even dared to doubt afterlife. So his garden was destroyed – he regretted it, but was too late and his regret did not benefit him.

Lesson of this story - conduct under 'Trial of wealth'

Is there not abundance of everything? Too much seems too less. Do we not tend to forget afterlife when we get wealth? Is monster of materialism not controlling our lives? Does it not seem that second trial of Dajjal is already in motion? Is Dajjal already here among us or are we being perfectly conditioned for his arrival?

🔘 "Musa(AS) and Khidr (AS)"

When Musa (AS)was asked by his people “Who is the most knowledgeable of the people of Earth?” Musa (AS) said that it was him. But Allah revealed to him that there was someone who knew more than him about certain things. Musa (AS) traveled looking for him and learned how divine wisdom was hidden in matters which we perceive as bad.

Lesson of this story - 'Trial of knowledge'

Are we not under false impression that we know due to rectangular devices in our palms? Have we not mistaken information for knowledge? Stage seems set for Dajjal to execute his third trial of knowledge which would be damn easy i.e. confuse and then convince people of his false knowledge. Knowledge is only contained in the Book of Wisdom. Just need to connect with it.

And now to the FINAL one, its somewhat GLOBAL,

🔘 "Zul-Qarnain"

Allah mentioned the story of a great king who was given knowledge and power. He traveled the world helping people and spreading all that was good. He was able to overcome the problem of Yajooj-Majooj' (Gog Mgog) by building a massive dam with the help of people whose language he could not even understand.

Lesson of this story -'Trial of power'

Whether Dajjal is among us or he is about to appear, his final trial of power is awaited. How this story relates with it? When the world is captivated by Dajjal, just kings like Imam Mehdi AS and Jesus Christ (Isa Ibn Mariyam AS) will appear in tandem to take him down. They will then take on Gog Mgog. And, finally, Allah's deen will prevail before the Day if Judgement. 

'SUBHAN ALLAH'!!! HOW RELEVANT AND PERFECT IS THE WORD OF ALLAH? 

Only Allah knows the whole Truth. 

Confused approach of Pakistanis towards India

Below video came amidst shocking arguments by astrayed minority of officers from own army arguing on being humane towards hindus. But this video is a stark reminder. Please watch a glimpse of how blatant is hindu's approach:

It reminded of two fundamental human problems. One being forgetful. Two being easily distracted. 
Are we not a nation of short term memory along with being forgetful?
Does illusion of peace (aman ki asha) not mislead us into believing otherwise?
Are our people not confused on vital issues of identity, humanity & religion?
Do they not need to cut through all this confusion?
My greatest concern is our newer generation which is likely to assume controlvof this country but most irrespective of their stature, rank, department or ilk, argue on being humane towards the neighbour and think about future generations. This was shocking and served as a breaking point for me. Who doesn't want peace? Who doesn't want to give securer Pakistan to next generation?
But fully knowing what is happening across the wall, how barbaric extremist nationalist hindu has become, it would amount to living in fool's paradise to resist unveiling of ugly face of hindu and his farse secularism. And argue otherwise whereas pandit g has always been like this:

Half cocked religion, nationalism and humanity will only lead to further disasters. These are desperate times and warrant taking desperate measures. We need ruthless pointing and weeding out of double minded confused and distracted party. Time is not on our side as far as final showdowns are concerned.

سیاسی لوگوں کی الزام تراشیوں اور سیاسی جماعتوں کی شعبدہ بازیوں پر ھر گز کان مت دھریں. ان کا دھندہ ھی ایسا ھے کہ بغیر کچھ کئے بہت کچھ ثابت کرنا. البتہ جتنا بھی تھوڑا کام کیا وہ پہلے سے موجود منظم دینی سیاسی جماعتوں یا پھر فلاحی جماعتوں نیں کیا. کسی بھی سیاسی جماعت کا کسی بھی قدرتی آفت میں کوئی عملی حصہ نہیں ھوتا نہ ھو سکتا ھے سوائے تند و تیز سیاسی بیانات کے. اور اب تو سیاسیوں کی چاندی ھوگئی ھے ھر کوئی اپنے ڈرائنگ روم میں بیٹھ کر عوام کے درد سے سرشار 'پرخلوص' وڈیو میسج بھی کرتا جا رھا ھے حتیٰ کہ میرے عزیز دوست اور بچپن کے کلاس فیلو سابق امیدوار برائے صوبائی اسمبلی سلیمان آفتاب نے بھی ایک 'ولولہ انگیز'، حکومت مخالف اور اپنی قیادت کا تعریفی میسج داغ دیا. کیونکہ کرونا کے خلاف محاذ پر گھر بیٹھے  سیاسی جنگ اسی تین نقاطی ایجنڈے پر ھی ھو رھی ھے. البتہ حنا پرویز بٹ نے ارطغرل جیسے عام کردار کو مریم جیسے بڑے لیڈر سے مماثلت قائم کرکے قیادت تعریفی کی ایک نئی تاریخ رقم کر دی ہے. نتیجتاً صفدر سلطان بھی اپنے 'کردار' کے تعین پرعش عش کر اتھے. اون اے سیریس نوٹ کسی بھی قدرتی آفت میں جتنا تھوڑا بہت ٹٹا پجھا عملی کام کوئی سیاسی جماعت کر پاتی ھے وہ حکمران جماعت ھی ھوتی ھے کیونکہ تمام حکومتی ادارے، وسائل اور فیصلہ سازی پر اس جماعت کا کنٹرول حاصل ھوتا ھے. باقی صرف بیانات پر اکتفا کر تے ہیں کیونکہ کوئی بھی جماعت نہ تو اتنی منظم ھے اور نہ اسے اپنے وسائل لگانے کی کوئی ضرورت ہوتی ہے. جب اگلا الیکشن آئے گا پھر ایک نئے 'بے شرم' ولولے اور جھوٹے وعدے کرنے سارے بے شرم ٹی وی سکرینز، جلسوں حتیٰ کہ آپ کی دھلیز تک پہنچ جائیں گے. ان کے میڈیا کے حواری بھی پیسوں کے عوض ان کی اندھا دھند مارکیٹنگ میں جت جائیں گے اور حکومت انے پر اشتہاروں سے نفع بھی ھو جائے گا. یہ دھندہ ھی ایسا ھے لیکن ھے اورگینک یعنی جھوٹ، ریاکاری، اقرباء پروری اور کرپشن سے بھرپور. اور اتنا امیون ھوچکا ھے ڈھگی کا یہ کلچر کہ مستقبل قریب میں تو اسے کچھ ھوتا دکھائی دے نہیں رھا.

البتہ من حیث القوم اگر ھم نے  اپنی آنے والی نسلوں کو بہتر زندگی کی راہ پر ڈالنا ھے تو پھر دیسی خوراک اور مقامی بودو باش سے ھی اپنی اصل کو پہچان پائیں گے. تبھی کرونا کا خوف و حراس اور سیاسی دجل و فریب سے چھٹکارا مل پائے گا َ اور تبھی وبائی اور سیاسی وائرس / بیکٹیریا کے خلاف مدافعت بڑھ پائے.

Astray media women - another shade of liberal extremism

 Pakistan is under attck by two extremes: Religious and Liberal. As a routine, extremist mullahs get their due share but today is the turn of liberal bibis. 

We are nothing without women who gave us birth, gave us out of this world sisterly love, became our llife partners, made our lives worthwhile, gave us our next generations, gave us daughters whose love is game changer (As I heard, feel deprived being blessed with boys only), as better halves women make our homes extensions of heaven (or otherwise 😄, but let's look at the positive side today) and prepare our next generations. Volumes of books even won't justify the value, role and impact of women on our lives.
Yet, this sacrosanct place of women is not acceptable to our eternal enemy and his upcoming vicegerent on earth Mr Dajjal. He successfully created an ever widening gulf between two inevitable wheels of the cart of family life. Such is the deception (دجل) that women, in order to be recognized have been deceived to rebel. Wrong, very wrong approach. Men and women together have to stand up for each other, watch each others' back. But they wouldn't listen anymore.

Now, look at this group of women in Land of Pure, the anchor women (as if nach gana minority was not enough).

The TV anchors of talk shows on politics, curent affairs, societal issues and some time they use their platforms to malign Islam in line with policies of their media house owner who comply with instructions from 'outside'.There is a certain criteria, which they have to fit in to become 'acceptable' to dajjali media houses.

They have to negate Islamic teachings. Desist Islamic code of life. They have to appear liberal. They have to wear western dresses.

Propagate that religion is a private matter. Religion has nothing to do with real life modern women. Women emancipation, liberties of expression/ appearance and last but not the least promote mera jism meri marzi type shameless agenda. What could you say about that ugly side of the most respectful, loving and caring gender. Such is the game of Dajl (دجل).
If they continue their mission, we shall at least raise our gaurd. As consumer market, if we reject this product, the capitalist system will stop its production. نہ نو من تیل ھوگا نہ رادھا ناچے گی.
Be ware, even if this product stops, new and more lethal will emerge. It will remain like this till the end of times.

Politicians, Media & Drugs

A suggestion sprang to mind about drug tests of political 'leadership' after watching press conference of honorable chairman People's Party who affected lockdown across the globe. PEMRA must coordinate with local authorities that whenever our 'leaders' call press conference, local press club to notify district administration and local police as well. If respectable political thug gives incohesive statement like PPP locked down Wuhan, Iran & Italy, immediately have his drug test on spot Would it be possible? Let's have look at the bigger picture: 

Senate committee pased ruling that there will be random drug tests in universities. Likewise, the same may happen in colleges and moreso in schools. Random unannounced drug tests have been conducted in the Army as well. Fair enough. Rather we are quite late in enforcing such rulings whereas we live in and around bastions of drugs. I witnessed random blood sampling of cadets at the most prestigious military institution of UK (RMAS, Sandhurst) some 22 years ago.

However, certain blue-blooded classes are untouchable in Islamic Republic of Pakistan and no surprises there, the PMN (Politician-Media Nexus) and nautankis party(celebrities) are also spared for some tunki.

Who has to legislate? Politicians

Who has to report? Media

These two are the real culprits yet have a strong bondage and a میثاق بے شرمی to watch each others' back. It would be a waste of effort to download few pictures of politicians under influence from all political parties. Raisani, Sharjeel Menon and the list is too long. But more shameful is representation of Riasat e Medina like CM KPK, Ali Ameen etc. And for media scums, just write their names and Google you would conveniently get pictures of even women 'analysts' at private parties. Want a clue, type US consulate party and media anchors. By the way, PMN has regular wine & dine gatherings and they need nautankis to embellish the parties just like noteables invite Khusras on low budget countryside gatherings. 

Unfortunately, these have become acceptable norms. Even showing mirror on these aspects comes with a price of being labeled as extremust religious fanatic. However, its not important what they perceive of it. By the way,, a big chuck of اشرافیہ is also اسیرِ شراب و ڈرگز بعد الاندھیرا and some round the clock.

PMN is in its own zone and flight which is direct outcome of drugs and alcohol. These menaces prevent brains to function properly. And result is in front of everyone.

So a practical suggestion is offered if self proclaimed Riasat e Medina wants to break the shackles of self denial and wishes to stop selling this title for cheap popularity among Muslims whose hearts beat with Islam. In post corona, new normal, please conduct drug tests:

1. All media houses(news & entertainment) must have drug tests of all employees including blue blooded anchors. On receipt of drug tests result, govt must reserve the right to carry out random tests at media houses. Penalties may wary according to pay scale. However,  initially only warning must be given, keeping the matter confidential. Then on getting caughr second time, put in rehab depending on the intake routines. Found guilty next times, tricter measures must be taken like fines and jailing.

2. For politicians, those who file papers for any candidature councilor, MPA, MNA, Senate and non-elected army of advisors must submit drug tests which will be positive for sure since alcohol caught by Chief Justice turns into honey in kand of pure. But then govt must reserve the right of random sampling.

ANF should also feel some shame and instead of becoming a political tool, catch drug manufacturers, distributors, sponsor investors, retail gulley-mohalla distribution chains. Its simpler than that. Just try and take one month's halal pay to your home, 90% of drug issues will settle in this country.

Muslim Pakistanis mourning for Indian actors?

Those mourning over nautankis like nach gana party (Rishi Kapoor, Irfan Khan etc) are as heartless as Nawaz Sharif when he welcomed killer Modi on his grand daughter's wedding when we were lifting shaheeds' bodies on Eastern borders. Kuch khuda ka khof, Hindu as nation is united. No cricket ties. Humiliation of our nach gana party (for which there should be least empathy), terrorism sponsoring in Pakistan, keeping people like Altaf & Nawaz on their payrolls, waging constant psy warfare, lobbying against Pakistan every which way possible, oozing poison and enticing Pakistani bikao mall like Geo & whole list of anchors, martyring sons of soil as we speak by blatant violation of LOC and through covert ops including APS and latest surge in North Waziristan, marginalising Muslims of India to an extent of genocide and last but not the least oppression of our Kashmiri brethren through cold blooded murders, rape of our mothers & sisters in Kashmir, looting, pillaging, marauding, oppression and the list of Indian crimes is beyond counts...

And indifferent, merciless liberals are mouring deaths of nautankis across border... Where is your sense of proportion, identity and self esteem?

Totally flabbergasted on this kind of stupid attitude but Ramadan is holding back from using explicit language.

May Allah guide this misguided mob of Muslims who are unable to know who they are and how they have to carry themselves in this time of دجل (deceit & lies). Ameen

SBMPs - Real hope of Pakistan

Silent majority of balanced Muslim Pakistanis remained quiet for the most part. Because no one would listen. Those who had the "mic" in their hands were loud, indecent, shameless and characterless (you guessed right politicians, their kun-tutta cronies, biggest culprits their rich busibessmen sponsors and presstitudes of media).

Now, it seems that saturation point has arrived. This majority of Silent Balanced Muslim Pakistanis (SBMPs) was initially excited on the slogan of change. Promise of change is attractive, enticing and engulfing. But bigger the promise, stronger the hopes and greatest the disappointment. As that SBMPs reached the cusp of disappointed, another ray of strong hope that Mr IK who had kindled hope in them took on mafias hitherto a mission impossible. Once again, the real owners of this land SBMPs  are intereted again in the illusove slogan of change. Like awakening of a sleeping giant SBMPs coming out of there niche and are not silent anymore. 

First thing's first. What actually is our biggest problem? Solution will only come when we correctly identify the problem. Right now politicians and media nexus is the most corrupt of all particularly those serving external agendas. Can't blame them for doing what they are doing because if a sane mind conversant with the ideology of Pakistan which is unique, precious and demands sweat, toil and blood to be fulfilled, can easily fugure out the price. Huge price if someone goes agsinst it because there are many bidders ready to pay huge sums to buy the 'services'. However, if one decides to remain steadfast the price is even huger. No money, bad name, isolation, slander will be the cost. Either way, stakes, are high. SBMPs are the center of gravity of this nation. When they are convinced of the danger and decide to take it on, then be certain that days of this problem are counted.

The only badly lost category is fanatic supporters of this gang. But since they invest so much and sell so hard, a small minority who has monetary intersts is likely to be captivated by their marketing skills as well. Once that narrative overtakes someone's good sense, its a journey of self deceit. Its is next to impossible to convince Patwari mindset but we must make effort to rescue those undecided or confused because of this deception game. Once there is some consensus, this nation has a history of weeding out harmful elements.Its a matter of time if Mr PM nabs the mafia with full force then that illusive change may manifest into real change. As a, result, SBMPs may step up becasue they know Pakistan has a much bigger cause than PMN (Politicians-Media Nexus) is trying to sell. Hope is the fuel of life. SBMPs are the real hope. Hope floats.

Maulana's episode with media and lessons for us

Now that storm in the tea cup has subsided, let's revisit Media v Maulana showdown during and after Telethon. We must learn a lesson or two from it particularly Media Distancing. 

Maulana Tariq Jameel (MTJ) has been visiting Jati Umra and remained in touch with different political figures. He had been meeting cricketers, celebrities from Bollywood, even prostitutes from slumps and a variety of people from across the globe. But no one ever questioned his intent. Simply, becuase the politicians he met were the prime sponsors of media unlike current government who has restricted their freedom of money making.  

There might be differences of opinion on how Tableeghi Jamaat of MTJ operates. How they remain aloof from political Islam etc. But difference of opinion adds colours to the beauty of this religion. One can also object on MTJ raving sitting Prime Minister as the only man of character, integrity and truthfulness among the entire nation of 220 million. Irrespective of his statement being right or wrong, in today's dirty political arena, it was bound to be controversial. We live in real testing times, wherein the selection of words has to be careful, caliberated and responsible particularly in the presence of anchors who have attained mastery in spinning the facts and devious word-play. They should have had the guts to raise questions over Supreme Court when it gave a certificate of "Sadiq & Ameen" to IK but SC is much more powerful than humble MTJ. And it is an unwritten rule that the moment characterless cowards & corrupt to core feel they have upper hand, they will always take docile for a loud ride. They don't even want to understand that it only further exposes their ugliness. 

But if we have to choose between MTJ and this media party, it has to be MTJ at any given day of the year. And the reason is that MTJ  talks eloquently on Allah's Deen, remembers Aqa (Alihe Salat o Wassalam), promotes inter-sect and inter-faith harmony, spreads hope, love and forgiveness, refreshes Islam in the hearts and thoughts of Muslims and reverts people to Islam from outside Islam.

There is no comparison whatsoever. Its like putting tons of solid gold on one side of weighing scale and stinking pooh on the other. Few media turds stand no chance of any comparison with the man of God. 

And if that Dajjali media about who's deal with the devil, lies, manipulation, sickness of hearts and mental corruption, volumes and volumes can be written, is so blatant in its war against truth then its an obligation to stand up for truth remaining within the bounds of rationality and logic. 

MTJ had the moral courage to apologize for inadvertent lapse. He once again acted upon Islamic injunctions by setting example of how to act once caught up in scrupulous controversy of calling liar a liar. It only added to his stature and further exposed thug media. And for a moment, please sit back and think, what kind of calamity is upon us and what are we busy doing? Doesn't it justify reasons for having hard times before and during this Pandemic's outbreak? Does it not make future to appear rather bleak? Allah Rahem. If we the people, only take away one lesson i.e. farse media is divisive tool of current times i.e. 'Fitn (فتن). We need to keep our guard up and observe all safety measures against this Pandemic of media.  Sooner or later, Corona will Insha Allah subside but media is here to stay. Like social distancing amid Corona, for peace of mind, media distancing from what they wants us to believe is quintessential in today's world. 

This Ramadan, may Allah relieve us of both Pandemics of Corona and Disinformation. Ameen

Green Shoots of hope

There is some softening up for sitting PM for a good reason i.e. The Green Shoots. 

Before last elections, in order to assume office, he  gathered the waste of past political garbage.  This became his Achilles heel which made him look week both politically and personally. It felt as if for petty political gains, he is compromising on his longstanding slogan and promise of nipping the corruption in the bud and providing justice to people. By holding onto those people like Tareen, Sawti, Aleem and by giving them Ministerial portfolios, it gave the impression that IK was protecting them. Particularly, Tareen with his business empire, something was black in this Daal (pulse). Same was the case with deep pocket thick head Swati and land mafia guru Aleem Khan, however Zulfi Bukhari is a classic case of nepotism based on frienship with a rich boy. These are the prominent names whereas JKT in his reactive interview with the Nadeem Malik admitted that he was the architect of electables' saga. He actually absolved Imran Khan of this cardinal sin but his judgement lapse still remains an area of concern. 

In my own constituency where he gave tickets to Maj (R) Tahir Sadiq who won two NA seats. But when he was not given any ministerial portfolio, he turned aginst PTI and made PML (N)'s victory sure in the constituency he vacated. So, before by-elections, Tahir Sadiq showed his true colors of opportunism, disloyalty and a national Assembly seat got wasted rather two seats because the one he retained was also useless. Another vivid case of judgement failure.

Issue is not only the inclusion of electables but there is a whole set of people who come along with these electables. An army of battle hardy political workers who are immersed in corrupt practices to the core. Another full grown Mafia of little rascals who work on behest of political thugs in a constituency. Batha collection, transfers to lucrative Mozas of Patwari for advance lump sum then monthly, all wheeling and dealing inside a constituency, bestowing permits to favoured notables, land grabbing, patronizing 'kun tuttas' like Taji Khokhar and this list goes on. Media's blackmailing bloodsucking leeches are party to it. Instead of exposing or doing some brave and honest investigative journalism on them, you can see videos on Youtube, them doing rave review on grandeur of Taji Khokhar's Dera. 

By the way, since the outbreak of Corona Pandemic, has anyone seen any political thug or his army of henchmen in any constituency working for people's welfare like they do before elections. For general election they gather contributions as investments from those people of wealth whom they return these favors on getting into political offices. Then those corner meetings, loads of biryani, total optics of people's welfare from affluent of the same mohallah or halqa. These 'respectable' families take lead from notable political leaders. The entire political hierachy deems it their right to further their own businesses, properties and connections at the expense of poor people of their constituency. That is why politics is the most profitable business these days. But in crisis like this Pandemic, all these corrupt cowards are hiding in their mouse holes. Their bravery and political leadership is restricted only to talk shows where the match is already fixed. They work in sync with media on the principle of you scratch my back, I scratch your back. If media con artists get in trouble, politicians bail them out or give them favors like plots (e.g Mir Khali-ur-Rehman's currrent case), late night expensive parties or other gratifications in cash or kind. Hence, apparently very engaging political talk or anaylical shows are already compromised. Thumb rule is to be nice to each other, say anything short of exposing their wealth, business or character. So everyone lived happily ever after but that everyone includes only media scavangers and political vultures.

Another cancer of governance is bureaucracy. The moment these civil officers with potential to party with corruption are enrolled, they are practically adopted by political masterminds. Their yardstick of professionalism is loyalty to the political bosses. In the process, they don't learn their own trade. Even now, most civil servants are engaging with their past masters and seeking guidance from them and that is the reason the bureaucracy is not functioning. Hence, top guys e.g Chief Secretary Punjab is being changed time and time again. However, poor team selection by IK has everything to do with it which has been the chink in his armor. 

From politicians who grew and matured into this kind of rotten political culture, could we expect any good? Wonder what was IK thinking when he invited all this crap to jon his bandwagon of change. 

Notwithstanding all the political ills in our society, hope must float. Hope is the fuel of life. So, if IK claims to tighten the noose around fat corrupt necks of mafias like sugar, atta, IPPs & so on. This definitely gives hope that the real change is in the offing. The change that we yearned for so dearly for so many years, generation after generation. Finally, we have this peace of mind that our next generations may receive a much better Pakistan than what we got. So, the fingers crossed because we still not out of the woods. The execution phase of mega corruption eradication drive is still pending. For the time, otherwise there is no alternative. These are the times of serious crisis like ongoing pandemic, a barrage of disinformation by media and absence of alternative reliable political force. And despite differences on his team selection, thank God, in these crisis, IK is our PM. 

However, it is for certain that we cannot continue to live in this political milieu. If there is hope we have to hang on to it. And if it doesn't work out, we are here to make IK accountable for it. But for the time being, seeing those budding 'Green Shoots, ' yes there is some softening of the heart with better hopes for our future generations and motherland.

ھمارے 'معزز'  اینکر مولانا کےشیشہ دکھانے پر تلملا اٹھے بلکہ بھونک اٹھے.تاھم چاند کا تھوکا منہ پر. 

جب جاتی امرا جاتے تھے مولانا ھم نے تب بھی اعتراض نہ کیا اور اب بھی نہیں کررھے.

22اپریل کو جو پھل تین سو میں خریدا وہ آمد رمضان کریم پر آج مورخہ24 اپریل کو پانچ سو کا ھوا.مولانا کو برا بھلا کہنے والو اپنے اندر ایک مرتبہ جھانکو تو سہی. 

البتہ آج ھی نون لیگ والوں کو امام ابو حیفہ رح یاد آئے. اور ان کا قول کہ جب تم کسی عالم کو کسی بادشاہ کے در پر دیکھو تو اس کے علم پر شک کرو۔

اول یہ کہ بھئی ملک سے بھاگنے والوں پر بھی تھوڑا شک کر کے دیکھ لیں اور اللہ استطاعت دے تو تحقیق بھی کر لیں. 

دوسرا یہ ھے کہ ویدیو لنک پر دعوت وعظ و نصیحت و دعا 'در پر حاضری' کے مترادف نہیں ھو سکتی.

تیسرا یہ کہ لوگوں کے منتخب نمائندے عوام کے ملازم ھوتے ھیں بادشاہ نہیں. جنہوں نے بادشاھی کی رسم رکھی وھی بدیس جا کر آباد ھیں چاھے الطاف ھو یا نواز. انشاءاللہ وھیں سے جنت یا جہنم واصل ھونگے.

آخری بات... سیاسی وابستگی انسان کو ذھنی غلام بناتی ھے جبکہ آزاد منش لوگ صرف حق کا پرچار کرتے ھیں.  پوسٹ یا بلاگ جو یوتھیوں کی مرضی کے مطابق نہ تھا تو انہوں نے مجھ پر مریم میڈیا سیل سے پیسے لیکر لکھنے کا الزام تک داغ دیا. بالکل ایسے ھی نونی اپنے جذبات مقدسہ لبریز البریانی مصالحہ کا برملا اظہار کرنے میں تأمل نہیں برتتے.

ان کی ذھنی پسماندگی کا نتیجہ یہ تو ھرگز نہیں بنتا کہ ان کو اور ان کے حواری میڈیا کو آئینہ  دکھانا بند کردیں اور اپنے لوگوں کیساتھ سچ شیئر کرنا بند کردیا جائے 🤔 🤔 🤔

تیل ‏کی ‏کپھت ‏میں ‏کمی ‏کے ‏اثرات

ٹاپ 50 آئل کمپنیز سال میں صرف 5000 ارب امریک ڑالر کماتی ھیں. لیکن کرونا کی وجہ سے ان بے چاروں کے دیوالیہ ھونے کا خدشہ ھے کیونکہ حسب عادت تیل نکال تو لیا پر لینے والا کوئی نہیں، نہ ھی تیل سٹور کرنے کی جگہ. امریکہ جو دنیا کو 19 فیصد تیل دیتا ھے آج تیل 37 ڈالر ھر بیرل کیساتھ دینے کو تیار ھے. واہ میرے رب کی شان، کوئی سوچ سکتا تھا کہ ایک وباء کے پوٹھنے کے 4 ماہ کے اندر دنیا کو تیل دے کر اس کا خون چوسنے والی یہ کمپنیاں بھی اتنی لاچار ھو جائیں گیں. یاد رھے کہ یہ وہ مافیا ھے جس کا امریکہ اور روس جیسے ممالک میں حکومتیں بننے اور ٹوٹنے میں اھم رول رھا ھے. حتیٰ کہ جنگ عظیم دوم کے بعد بیشتر جنگیں ان کمپنیز کے ایما پر لڑی کئیں. ان نامساعد حالات کے باوجود تیل مافیا سے ھمدردی شائبہ بھی نہیں. اور شاید پہلی دفعہ کچھ وقت کے لئے اس انڈسٹری کا مشکل وقت باقیوں کیلیئے فائدہ مند ثابت ہو. 

اگر ھم کرونا سے احسن طریقے سے نپٹ پائے تو تیل کی قیمت میں غیر معمولی کمی سے ھماری معیشت کو صرف فائدہ ھی ھونے کا قوی امکان ھے. اب دیکھنا یہ کہ ھم اپنی عادات بدل پائیں گے یا نہیں. 

تیل بیچنے کے لئے پیسہ خرچ کرنے والے لوگ یعنی کنزیومرز  کی ضرورت ھے جس کیلئے اشتہار، ٹی وی، کھیل، فلم، فون کے زریعے اور گھر گھر جا کر لوگوں کو قائل کرنا ضروری ھے کہ وہ اسائشوں کو بھی ضروریات کا درجہ دیں اور جو کمائیں وہ بھی بلکہ کریڈٹ کارڈ اور بینک لون لے کر برینڈڈ کمپلیکسز کا مداوا کریں. اب دیکھیں نہ نائیکی کی سیل سے جوتا لیا، نہ دبئی کی جنوری سیل سے شاپنگ کی اور نہ ان گرمیوں انگلینڈ جا پائیں گے تو کیا زندگی اگے نہیں چل پائے گی. حالانکہ صرف زندگی ھی ضروری ھے باقی تو شو بازی، خود ساختہ مقابلہ، دکھاوا اور ریاکاری ھے. ایک نفسیاتی دوڑ اور ایک نہ ختم ھونے والا مقابلہ اپنوں سے، دوستوں سے، ملنے والوں سے غرض ھر کسی سے. اور یوں خواھش کی غلامی نہ جانے ھم سے کیا کچھ کروا جاتی ھے اور نہ چاھتے ھوئے بھی ھم اس گرداب میں پھنستے چلے جاتے ھیں.  واصف صاحب نے کیا خوب کہا کہ ڈر خواھش کی پیداوار ھے. اس سے بڑھ کر یہ کہ ڈر پھر ھماری عقل پر حاوی ھو جاتا ھے، غلط فیصلے کرواتا ھے. زندگی میں ڈر اور خوف کے علاوہ تیسرا مسئلہ کوئی اور ھے بھی تو نہیں. تفصیل پھر کبھی. 

جتنا ھم خرچ کرتے ھیں اتنا ھی تیل ان تمام انڈسٹریز میں جلتا ھے جس کا پیسہ ھم اس چیز کی قیمت کے عوض ادا کرتے ھیں چاھے وہ انرجی یا فزی ڈرنک ھو یا سینتھیٹک کارپٹ، ھر غیر ضروری چیز کے بننے، ٹرانسپورٹیشن، سٹورج  اور بیچنے والے شوروم سب کو چلنے کے لیئے تیل کی ضرورت ھے اور ان مسکین تیل کمپنیوں کے مالکان کا ٹریلینز اف ڈالرز کا محدود کاروبار آپ کے خون پسینے کی کمائی سے دھڑا دھڑ چلتا ھے.. 

اپنی ضرورت سے زیادہ مال اپنی بے جا ضرورتوں کو بڑھانے کی بجائے مخلوق پر لگانے پر غور کریں.

ایک حقیقی اور مزاحیہ نتیجہ تیل کی منفی قیمت اور اب خریداروں کے ناپید ھونے پر یہ بھی بنتا ھے کہ تیل لینے والے تیل لینا کم کردیں تو تیل دینے والے مفت نہیں بلکہ جیب سے پیسہ دے کر تیل دینے کو تیار ھو جاتے ھیں.

اتنا تیل ویسے لینے کی کیا آخر پڑی ھے؟ کیوں ھم اس موٹر سائیکل اور گاڑی کو بھگا بھگا کر خوش ھوتےھیں؟

موجودہ حالات میں بھی تو تیل لیئے بنا ھم زندہ ھیں. خواھشات حسب سابق پوری نہ ھونے کے باوجود کام تو چل رھا ھے.

Hindu mentality is the scum of the earth. Last statement of this joker in video begging for likes and subscribers was an attempt to make money out of this BS as well. And indian society is so ignorant that this will work wonders for venting hate against indian Muslims through stupid propaganda and makig some good bucks as well. After all, hindu knows how to make money like his blood brother jew. 

I don't think waiting for some miracle to change their hearts about Islam will work. Inaction is a crime in itself and worst type of complicity.

We need to start a full on Psychological War followed by any type of war to check unbridled fanaticism of hindu. Indian Muslims defied Two Nation Theory for years and their whole effort to be recognized as equal citizens of secular india came to naught.

But they still remain our brethren in Islam. Hope they learn from this bitter reality, stop sucking up to lowly hindu and unite hands with Pakistan to become their voice.

Pakistan is our (Pakistani Muslims) and their (Indian Muslims) only hope. Pakistan and us Pakistanis also need to brace for brewing scenario in the region and be proactive about it. Can't wait for this coward nation to take us for a ride. Need to wake up now before we are woken up willy-nilly from our complacency of 'sab acha hai'.
