Making a case against corrupt judiciary

Having worn uniform for two decades your instinctive response should be that a veteran is out to defend Army against recent bashing by judiciary, media and politicians. Let's kill the cat. All of us are responsible for what has come of this country. Army committed mistakes by dictatorial takeovers, meddling in politics and extentions. And then there are few Papa Jones as well but a very small fraction. This confession doesn't mean Pakistan's interest or Army's prestige is compromised. This is just to expose anti state and anti army narratives.
Our judiciary ranks 83rd out of 102 in below link which should be enough evidence to make a good case. But before we proceed, this clarification is mandatory that not all judges, politicians & media people are corrupt or bad. Yet that strong minority whose portfolios matter, like top brass judiciary, ministerial level politicians and biased media groups/ anchors who shape people's opinion shame them all.
The institution (Army) which never fails to get their 'kind' attention has its own failings particularly dictators who usurped power decades ago, has highest rankings in the world in professionalism and competitiveness. Our Army is only shy of podium due to dearth of resources. And for those limited resources there is yet another narrative of '80% budget' that goes to the Army. To counter this, one incident merits a mention. Hopefully this may make sense to sane and stable minds.

In 1973 the war between Arabs and Israel was about to start. Golda Meir (the then Israeli PM) agreed with US on a huge Arms deal. Israel at that time was facing a serious economic crisis. Israeli Cabinet had earlier rejected that deal because they thought it would be so costly, that the whole nation would have to make do with a single meal a day, for years to come. After war on question of a reporter she answered, “I got this logic from the Prophet (of the Muslims) Mohammed (peace be upon him). One author stated that when Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) died, there was not enough money to buy oil for a lamp, his wife (Ayesha Siddiqa [Radi Allahu-ta’ala unha]) mortgaged his battle shield to buy oil, yet there were nine swords hung on the wall of his house.

When I read this account, it occurred to me- how many people in the world would have known about the worst economic condition of Islamic state? But everyone recognizes them as conquerors of half the world. So I decided that I would buy arms at any cost; even if we would have to starve or to live in camps instead of buildings, but we would prove ourselves as the victor”.

Alas, we, the rightful heirs of Aqa Alaihe Salato Wassalam's Sunnah are being distracted, confused and overwhelmed by false narratives.
The reasons behind Judiciary's unending spite for Army are revealing. For two decades, judges selected for top slot judiciary are yield of crop sown by the corrupt politicians. Despite their professionalism and loyalty to Pakistan, the evil internal nexus of politicians, media & black coats (including those who get promoted to wear wigs) conniving with external forces, would go to any limit to undermine Army. Because Army wouldn't budge against their thuggery niether would they ever get any support in their business whatsoever.

They won't succeed in their mission unless people who they are manipulating don't fall prey to their fornication. Remember people, we are at war on many fronts simultaneously. Internal war is the hardest because the enemy within was once our own. But if need be, we must weed them out and first step towards that would be awareness part of which we achieved through this read today, Alhamdolillah.

May Allah protect Pakistan and its people. Ameen

  3. Which is the correct spelling "Mohammad" or "Muhammad" SAWW?

    Arabic has three vowels. U and O are allophones. that is, alternative pronunciations for what is in Arabic the same vowel.
    Since the name is transliterated out of another alphabet, both are correct transliterations. However, breaking down the phonemes (sounds) of the Arabic word, reveals why Muḥammad SAWW(Muhammad) is the “correct” spelling:

    Mu=مُـ

    ḥa=حَـ

    mma=مَّـ

    d=د

  5. Well said Asad Sb. The maxim goes and I quote "There will always be an army in your country. If it's not yours, it will be your enemy's." Unquote
    Pak Army is one of the finest armies of the world. For a developing country like Pakistan faced with numerous challenges, the army stands as protector of its sovereignty; thus turns to be its centre of gravity. The ongoing drive against army is by the foe of the nation in the hands of external powers. Alas
